All Elliot’s hard work has paid off!
A huge well done to Elliot Payne for completing a successful work placement with the British Heart Foundation and being offer a paid job. Elliot is working in the warehouse at the BHF, assembling and moving furniture and preparing items for delivery to customers. Great work Elliot!
Livvy gains paid employment!
We are delighted to announce that Olivia Garrod has gained paid employment with Nelson Lodge Care Home in their House-keeping department, following a successful work placement.
Lizzie gains employment at Wyboston Lakes Resort
Lizzie Atkinson has completed a work placement at Wyboston Lakes for the last 6 months completing a rotation of roles including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and YSpa. Lizzie is now employed as a Food & Beverage Assistant at The Willows Training Centre. Well done Lizzie!
Joseph gains employment at The Hub
Joseph Clark gains employment at The Hub, Little Paxton as a self-employed cleaner following a traineeship.
Joseph undertook a traineeship supported by Switch Now to complete 100 hours working at The Hub, Little Paxton, St Neots in a cleaning role. Following his successful work he has been given a contract. Well done Joseph!
Double award winners!
Switch Now win “Community Business of the Year” and “Not for Profit Business of the Year” at the 2019 SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards! As a winner in two core categories Switch Now are automatically finalists in the SME National Business Awards finals in London in December 2019.

Switch Now are delighted to have been chosen as one of the St Neots Royal Naval Association’s good causes for 2018. Project Leader Jeanette and Director Catherine received their cheque from Mike Milne, Chairman.
2018 Hunts Post Business Award winners!
Switch Now won the award for “Business in the Community” at the 2018 Hunts Post Business Awards. This was fantastic to increase our profile and gain recognition for the work we do: training people with additional needs, learning difficulties and disabilities to enable them to progress towards employment and more fulfilled futures.
