Is Switch Now for me?
Switch Now is a vocational training centre and qualified learning provider for young adults with additional needs, LDD, ASD or those facing barriers to being able to access and develop their work skills.
It is vital that co-workers who want to join Switch Now are motivated to want to progress and develop towards working. We can identify each individual’s skills, behaviours and areas to develop and work on through vocational profiling.
Being a co-worker means that any individual joining Switch Now is working towards the same goal of gaining experience in the world of work. This is through meaningful work with Switch Now’s on-site and off-site training and work-based qualifications.
As a co-worker you will develop a good work ethic, as well as developing a variety of transferable, independent and functional skills that will help you progress towards meaningful employment, in a supported, safe, person-centred environment.
