Switch Now is a vocational training centre and qualified learning provider for young adults with additional needs, LDD, ASD or those facing barriers to being able to access and develop better skills and opportunities.
Our highly-skilled and experienced team works with and supports each individual to explore skills, behaviours and areas to develop and work on through on-going assessments, reflective working, learner feedback, vocational profiling and targeted training.
As a Switch Now co-worker you will learn and develop through a variety of engaging and meaningful, practical on and off-site work-based learning and training opportunities, gaining new skills and relevant and purposeful qualifications.
As a co-worker you will develop your personal and social skills and a good work ethic, as well as developing a variety of transferable, independent and functional skills that will help you progress towards meaningful outcomes, in a supported, safe, person-centred environment.
