Is Switch Now for me?
Switch Now is a vocational training provider for young adults (18-30) with additional needs or those facing barriers to being able to access and develop their work skills.
It is vital that co-workers who want to join Switch Now are motivated to want to progress and develop towards working. We can identify their skills and behaviours and develop areas to work on through vocational profiling.
Being a co-worker means that any individual joining Switch Now is working towards the same goal of gaining experience in the world of work. This is through meaningful work with Switch Now’s on and off-site training and enterprise projects. As a co-worker you will develop a good work ethic, as well as be supported in developing a variety of other skills that will help you progress towards meaningful employment.
