Welcome to Switch Now!

Switch Now is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, working across the county. As a recognised training provider and alternative education provider, Switch Now aims to provide supported learning, training and work experience, for neurodiverse young adults, to enable their progression into employment and meaningful outcomes, for them to have a better future.

We work collaboratively with the local community and partner organisations to identify the opportunities for employment; aiming for inclusive places of work, with a mutual benefit to both employer and employee.
