Switch Now co-workers make a variety of items to sell. This enables them to follow and learn about the process from researching, planning, costing, buying, creating and marketing products through to working out profits of items sold. At the end of each year, all profits made from the items sold go towards new equipment to support co-workers in their training. This is chosen by them! 

In our training workshop co-workers make lots of products from re-purposed pallet wood, such as bird tables, bug hotels, planters.

In the training kitchen co-workers make a variety of cakes, cold lunches and afternoon teas to order.
