Our team

The Switch Now team have extensive knowledge and experience of working with young people with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism and additional needs. They come from education, training, care, health, commercial and industry specific backgrounds, with a whole host of qualifications and skills to ensure the best learning experience is provided for our co-workers. All Switch Now staff complete regular relevant training in order to offer a high level of support for our co-workers at all times.
