Our mission is to support, develop and progress neurodiverse young adults by improving their skills, knowledge and outcomes for them to reach their potential, leading to a better future.
Switch Now is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, working across the region. As a recognised training company and qualified post-16 alternative education provision, we provide supported learning, targeted training and coaching, for neurodiverse young adults, for them to have a better future.
Our bespoke 1:1 or small group education and training follows the Preparing for Adulthood outcomes. We aim to break down barriers to enable our co-workers to gain more positive life opportunities. This includes improved functional skills, work experience, paid or voluntary employment, transferable skills associated with supported or independent living, better health and well-being, increased independence and improved personal and social skills.
Our Mental Health First Aiders provide vital pastoral care for our co-workers to enable personal growth, improved confidence and self-esteem.
